Ultimate Holdings Corporation, (USOTC:NXTN), a Nevada corporation, announced they will be acquiring two privately held Idaho transportation freight hauling-related companies.
The acquisitions are expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
Annual revenues of the companies being acquired have averaged 15% – 20% growth each year during the past six years, with a positive bottom line.
