The Ultimate Program for Freight Hauling Carriers

Ultimate's unique program provides the carriers with  safety, comfort, and financial stability, along with pride of ownership. Ultimate's Program allows experienced truck drivers, with clean driving records, who wish to own their own trucking business and equipment, the keys to their financial success.

Tractor Lease

The carrier enters into a contractual agreement with Ultimate to purchase a tractor as part of the program. The age of the equipment  will determine what their term and monthly payment will be.

Upon completion of the agreement, the carrier fully owns the tractor.

If a new tractor is chosen by the carrier, each semi-tractor and trailer will have the most up-to-date navigation system and engine diagnostic system, alerting the driver of any issues. They can also have an auxiliary power unit, (APU), added, so the tractor engine does not need to be running for heat, or air conditioning, while the driver is taking their required 10 hour break. The APU reduces fuel consumption and wear and tear on the tractor's engine.

Each new semi-tractor includes a 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty.  New tractors can provide up to two miles per gallon fuel savings.

Dispatching

Through the Ultimate Program, Ultimate's Dispatchers obtain the loads for the carriers to ensure he/she will make an above average income.  This enables the carrier to earn their semi-tractor.

Ultimate provides total Dispatch Services, staying involved in the process from start to finish, with 24 hour communication, with a "live" person.

Ultimate assists with appointment verification, lumper and pallet costs, along with emergency issues, when necessary.

Every load is pre-credit checked, so there is no liability to the Carrier for payment, as long as there is no damage, or shortage.

Ultimate offers a referral bonus to a carrier who has referred a driver to Ultimate. The referred driver, who becomes a carrier, must be in the program 120 days for the carrier to receive the bonus.

100% of any trucking layover and/or trucking detention collected is paid to the driver/carrier.
